This easy 3 ingredient banana bread is moist, sweet, and perfect for beginner bakers. No eggs, no oil, no stress—just bananas, condensed milk, and self-rising flour!

Ingredients

  • 3 large overripe bananas (mashed, about 1½ cups)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  4. Fold in the self-rising flour just until no dry streaks remain—don’t overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Slice and enjoy warm or store for later!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based condensed milk.
  • To add variety, swap ½ cup flour for mini chocolate chips or stir in a handful of crushed nuts.
  • Store at room temp for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
