- 3 large overripe bananas (mashed, about 1½ cups)
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups self-rising flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Fold in the self-rising flour just until no dry streaks remain—don’t overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Slice and enjoy warm or store for later!
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use plant-based condensed milk.
- To add variety, swap ½ cup flour for mini chocolate chips or stir in a handful of crushed nuts.
