Ingredients
3 large overripe bananas (mashed, about 1½ cups)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups self-rising flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Fold in the self-rising flour just until no dry streaks remain—don’t overmix.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Slice and enjoy warm or store for later!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use plant-based condensed milk.
To add variety, swap ½ cup flour for mini chocolate chips or stir in a handful of crushed nuts.
Store at room temp for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
