Quick, easy, and ultra-crispy, these air fry salmon bites are ready in just 10 minutes. Packed with flavor and perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or party snacks!

Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon, skinless and cubed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp lemon juice

Optional: chopped parsley or dill for garnish

Optional: dipping sauce (garlic aioli, sriracha mayo, or sweet chili)

Instructions

Pat the salmon cubes dry using a paper towel.

In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Place salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Remove when golden and cooked through (internal temp 125–130°F).

Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, add a dusting of almond flour or grated parmesan before air frying.
