Quick, easy, and delicious, these air fryer chicken bites are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and ready in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Olive oil or avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Optional: Coat seasoned chicken in panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Spray lightly with olive oil or avocado oil.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or as part of a meal.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try tossing cooked bites in buffalo sauce, honey garlic glaze, or fresh lemon juice with herbs.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes for a crispy texture.
