These crispy baked salmon bites are a healthy, protein-packed snack or meal, made with fresh salmon and bold seasonings. Perfect for air fryer or oven cooking and great for dipping, meal prepping, or serving in bowls, wraps, and lunchboxes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skin removed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack over the tray.
  5. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer, spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. For extra crispiness, broil on high for 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.

Notes

  • For air fryer: Preheat to 390°F and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • You can substitute canned salmon for patties but not for cubed bites.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Great for meal prep, lunchboxes, or party appetizers.
