- 1 lb Angus steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add sliced Angus steak and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the skillet and stir-fry the bell peppers, onion, and garlic for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the steak to the skillet. Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.

- Use freshly cracked black pepper for the best flavor.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- To make it spicier, add a pinch of chili flakes or sriracha.
