This quick and juicy garlic butter chicken recipe is made with thin sliced chicken breasts, seared to perfection in a skillet with golden garlic and melted butter. Ready in just 20 minutes—perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 4 thin sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  4. Push chicken to one side of the skillet. Add butter and garlic to the open side.
