These crispy cottage cheese chips are a high-protein, low-carb snack made with just one ingredient and your favorite seasonings. Easy to bake and endlessly customizable, they’re the perfect crunchy treat for keto, diabetic, or clean-eating diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) container full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (or preferred seasoning)
  • Parchment paper (for baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing each 2 inches apart.
  4. Gently flatten each scoop using the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are crisp.
  7. Let cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before serving.
