Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing each 2 inches apart.
- Gently flatten each scoop using the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are crisp.
- Let cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before serving.
