- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Olive oil spray (for air fryer)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Toss salmon cubes in olive oil, then sprinkle seasoning mix evenly.
- Optional: Dip each cube in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray salmon bites with olive oil and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- You can use canned salmon for convenience, just drain and flake gently.
