Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless (or canned), cut into 1″ cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg (optional, for binding)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Olive oil spray (for air fryer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss salmon cubes in olive oil, then sprinkle seasoning mix evenly.
  4. Optional: Dip each cube in beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Lightly spray salmon bites with olive oil and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can use canned salmon for convenience, just drain and flake gently.
