These Crock Pot Chocolate Peanut Clusters are a rich, chocolatey, 3-ingredient treat made right in the slow cooker. Perfect for gifting, parties, or satisfying your sweet tooth—without the stress of stovetop candy-making.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 lb white almond bark, chopped
  • 2 lbs roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
  • A pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Holiday sprinkles or toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your crock pot with non-stick spray or use a liner.
  2. Layer the peanuts on the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Add chopped almond bark, milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips on top—do not stir.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  5. Once fully melted, stir gently until all peanuts are coated.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Let them cool at room temperature for 1 hour, or chill in the fridge for faster setting.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  1. For an extra twist, add crushed pretzels, mini marshmallows, or chopped toffee bits.
  2. Use a cookie scoop for even cluster sizes.
  3. Great for freezer storage—freeze on a tray, then store in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
  4. Almond bark helps the clusters harden properly and prevents separation.
