Cucumber Lemonade

Description

A crisp, hydrating lemonade made with fresh cucumbers and lemons—perfect for summer refreshment.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups peeled & diced cucumber
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water (still or sparkling)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1.   Blend cucumbers with ½ cup water until smooth.
  2.   Strain through sieve into a pitcher.
  3.   Stir in lemon juice and sweetener.
  4.   Add remaining water and adjust taste.
  5.   Serve over ice with cucumber or mint garnish.

Notes

Use sparkling water for fizz. Adjust sweetness.
