Description

A refreshing blend of crisp cucumbers and juicy strawberries tossed with basil, lemon, and honey. Perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
  • 1½ cups strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped basil
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare and slice all produce.
