These creamy, bite-sized no-bake cheesecake bites are the perfect dessert for parties, holidays, or an easy weeknight treat—no oven needed and totally customizable!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, mini chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the crust mixture into each lined mini muffin cup. Press down firmly to form a compact base.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  5. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the crusts and smooth the tops.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Before serving, top with berries, drizzle, or other garnishes as desired.
