This Easy Strawberry Fluff is a creamy, no-bake dessert made with just 5 simple ingredients. It’s light, fluffy, and bursting with strawberry flavor—perfect for parties, picnics, or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (or substitute cream cheese)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then let cool to room temperature.
  2. Fold in the cottage cheese (or cream cheese) until well combined.
  3. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is fluffy and well incorporated.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Stir gently before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries or mint leaves.

  • Ensure the gelatin is completely cooled before adding dairy products to avoid curdling.
