- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple preserves
- 1 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a bowl, combine pineapple preserves, apple jelly, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Stir to mix.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the sauce evenly over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- For a caramelized finish, transfer the chicken to a baking dish and broil for 3-5 minutes after cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
