Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until combined.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to form dough.
- Divide dough into equal portions and shape into hot dog buns.
- Place buns on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow buns to cool before slicing and serving.
