Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthan gum
3 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum.
In another bowl, beat eggs and melted butter until combined.
Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to form dough.
Divide dough into equal portions and shape into hot dog buns.
Place buns on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow buns to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before baking.
