Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 cup butter
- 1¼ cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- Zest & juice of 2 lemons
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, lemon zest, juice, vanilla.
- Alternate dry ingredients with sour cream/milk.
- Bake 45–55 mins. Cool, glaze, and serve.

Glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar.
