Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  • Whisk eggs and olive oil in another bowl. Pour into dry ingredients, mixing well.
