Description

These no-bake Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Bites with Granola are the perfect healthy treat—cool, creamy, crunchy, and easy to make in under 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (chopped or whole)
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin pan with liners or use silicone molds.
  2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of granola to each mold and gently press to form a base.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract, if using.
  4. Fold in chopped mixed berries or layer them separately.
  5. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola in each mold, filling them about ¾ full.
  6. Top with extra berries and a sprinkle of granola.
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.
  8. Pop out of molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
