Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth and unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar substitute (erythritol, monk fruit, or coconut sugar)
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, rolled oats, or nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, protein powder, peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, and egg. Mix until a thick dough forms.

  • Customize with add-ins like chocolate chips, oats, or sprinkles for variety.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
