- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth and unsweetened)
- ¼ cup brown sugar substitute (erythritol, monk fruit, or coconut sugar)
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips, rolled oats, or nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, protein powder, peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, and egg. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 12 evenly sized balls and place them on the lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
