Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, these raw chicken wings skinless are easy to prepare and deliver better flavor than any restaurant!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb raw chicken wings, skinless
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk to create a wet batter.
  • Dip each chicken wing into the wet batter, then dredge in the seasoned flour. Repeat for a double coating.
  • Let the coated wings rest on a plate for 10 minutes to help the coating adhere.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Remove wings from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with buffalo sauce and honey until fully coated.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or side dishes.

Notes

  • For a healthier version, bake or air fry the wings instead of frying.
  • Experiment with different sauces such as BBQ, teriyaki, or honey mustard.
  • Always check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) before serving.
