- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add salmon to the pan, skin-side down. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add lemon juice to the butter and spoon over the salmon before removing from heat.
- While salmon cooks, mix chopped parsley into cooked rice.
- Serve salmon fillets over the herbed rice, drizzling remaining garlic butter on top.
- Garnish with extra herbs if desired and serve immediately.
