Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccoli florets (steamed)
1/2 cup sliced carrots (steamed)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 4–5 minutes.
