  • 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (dairy-free option)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
