This easy salmon mushroom recipe combines tender seared salmon with a creamy, garlic-infused mushroom sauce for a delicious, comforting meal.

- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (dairy-free option)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
