Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces. Remove excess grease if needed.
- Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, typically 5-7 minutes.
