Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna (albacore or yellowfin), drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke.
  • Gently mix until well combined but still flaky.
  • Add green onions, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix again.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
