- 2 cans tuna (albacore or yellowfin), drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke.
- Gently mix until well combined but still flaky.
- Add green onions, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Mix again.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

- Adjust the amount of liquid smoke to taste, as the flavor intensifies with chilling.
