Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the steaks, and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until your desired doneness is achieved. Remove steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, then add the Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
- Substitute ribeye with sirloin or flank steak for a leaner option.
- Reserve a cup of pasta water to adjust the sauce’s consistency if needed.
