Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 small frozen banana (optional but adds creaminess)
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk (or almond/oat milk)
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
Instructions
Add frozen strawberries and banana to a high-speed blender or food processor.
Pour in coconut milk and add vanilla extract, sweetener, and lemon juice.
Blend on low speed, increasing gradually until smooth and thick.
Scrape down the sides as needed to blend evenly.
Check consistency—add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time if needed.
Serve immediately in bowls or cones. For swirl effect, use a piping bag with star tip.
Optional: freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm before serving.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for natural sweetness.
For vegan: use maple syrup instead of honey.
For keto: skip banana, use avocado and monk fruit sweetener.
To store: place in airtight container with plastic wrap touching surface to reduce ice.
Lasts up to 1 week in freezer; re-blend before serving for best texture.
