Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables
  • 1 tbsp sesame or neutral oil
  • Garnish: sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and mix the sauce.
  2. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add sauce to chicken and simmer.
  4. Steam or sauté veggies.
