Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup spinach or arugula
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
