  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage (or 8 cooked sausage links)
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

  2. Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Scramble the eggs with salt and pepper until just set. Let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  5. On each triangle, place a spoonful of eggs, sausage, and a sprinkle of cheese.
  6. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and tuck the tip underneath.
  7. Optional: Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool 2–3 minutes before serving.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • To freeze: Wrap baked roll-ups individually and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
  • Reheat in microwave (60–90 seconds) or oven (375°F for 10 mins).
